Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out procedures with speed and accuracy
- Handle reservation modifications, cancellations, and room assignments
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly using problem-solving skills
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams
- Utilize hotel management systems (Opera) for daily operations
- Uphold brand standards through personalized guest interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent required
