Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in, check-out, and throughout the guest journey
- Manage reservation systems with precision and attention to detail
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly using our CRM platform
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge teams
- Upsell resort amenities and services to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain a pristine front desk environment with professional appearance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or customer service experience in hospitality
- Proficiency in Opera or PMS hotel management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Mesa attractions and local area
- Certification in CPR/First Aid preferred
