Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/out procedures using Opera property management system
- Process reservations, payments, and billing with 100% accuracy
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with creative problem-solving
- Coordinate with housekeeping, valet, and concierge departments for flawless service delivery
- Utilize yield management techniques to optimize room occupancy and revenue
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades, dining, and spa services
- Maintain meticulous documentation of guest preferences and special requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or high-end customer service experience
- Expertise in Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
