Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls promptly, manage the switchboard, and respond to emails and chat inquiries.
- Administrative Support: Process payments accurately, manage room keys, and update guest profiles in the PMS system.
- Front Desk Management: Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, organize the lobby, and manage the lobby display.
- Service Delivery: Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and special requests to ensure a memorable stay.
- Issue Resolution: Address guest concerns or complaints professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Entry-Level Open: No prior front desk or hospitality experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Attitude: A friendly, outgoing personality with a strong desire to serve others.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliability: Punctual, professional, and able to work well in a team environment.
