Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accuracy in registration and billing procedures.
- Answer incoming calls and manage emails, responding to inquiries with professionalism and speed.
- Manage front desk operations, including handling cash, processing credit cards, and preparing nightly reports.
- Maintain a pristine lobby area and assist with general concierge duties, local directions, and recommendations.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with empathy, utilizing problem-solving skills to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and property upkeep.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency, including familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
