Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist arriving guests with check-in procedures and room assignments
- Manage reservation systems, process payments, and handle billing inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests promptly
- Answer multi-line phones and respond to guest inquiries with professionalism
- Perform daily front desk operations including key coding and night audit procedures
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional service and attention to detail
- Assist with basic concierge services and local area information
Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
