Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to guests upon arrival and departure.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and key card issuance.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries via email or in person.
- Assist with guest requests, including room service, wake-up calls, and local recommendations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
- Process payments accurately and manage cash and credit transactions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We value attitude over experience and provide on-the-job training.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse guests.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- A valid driverβs license is a plus but not required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
