Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services with efficiency and friendliness
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries via phone and in-person
- Process payments, handle cash transactions accurately, and maintain guest account balances
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest requests promptly
- Utilize property management systems (PMS) to update guest information and room status
- Act as the primary brand ambassador, promoting hotel amenities and local attractions
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and adhere to safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students welcome to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn proprietary systems quickly
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
