- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Act as local tourism ambassador with knowledge of Omaha attractions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience required
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Nebraska driver's license preferred
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
