Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining a warm, welcoming demeanor
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Address guest concerns promptly and coordinate with housekeeping/management teams
- Operate property management systems (Opera/PMS) and process payments
- Local area knowledge to provide personalized recommendations
- Maintain accurate records and submit daily reports
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional service delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality/customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid Oregon driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
