Responsibilities
- Greet all guests and visitors with a warm, professional smile and direct them to their destination efficiently.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls, taking accurate messages when the line is busy.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains tidy, organized, and welcoming.
- Assist with mail distribution, package reception, and general administrative duties.
- Handle inquiries regarding building services, directions within Seattle, and local amenities.
- Monitor building security systems and report any maintenance issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Process check-ins and check-outs for visitors, maintaining accurate logs and records.
Qualifications
- A friendly demeanor and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar software.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly phone voice.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to reach our Seattle location.
