Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests warmly upon arrival, checking them in efficiently using our property management system.
- Managing incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy.
- Resolving guest inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Assisting with concierge services, including restaurant reservations and local transportation.
- Processing payments and issuing accurate receipts.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer systems, specifically Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
