Responsibilities
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring accuracy in registration and billing.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Maintain a pristine and organized front desk area to reflect the high standards of our brand.
- Handle special requests, such as restaurant reservations, transportation, and local recommendations.
- Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Assist with administrative duties, including data entry and filing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) or willingness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
