Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using PMS software
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and walk-in services
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy and proactive problem-solving
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Process payments, manage cash drawer, and balance daily transactions
- Maintain accurate guest records and confidential information
- Execute upselling opportunities for room upgrades and amenities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera, Fidelio, or similar PMS systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid Florida driver's license (if required for errands)
- Flexible availability including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Tampa attractions and local services
