Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, verifying payment methods and collecting necessary information.
- Answer multi-line phone systems professionally and respond to emails and in-person inquiries promptly.
- Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Assist guests with local directions, recommendations, and concierge services.
- Handle cash transactions and balance daily reports accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous front desk or hospitality experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
