Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining accuracy in reservation systems
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Process payments and manage cash/credit transactions securely
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests

Qualifications
