Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage check-in/check-out processes using hotel management systems
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for guest requests
- Upsell hotel amenities and special packages to enhance revenue
- Maintain security protocols and safeguard guest information
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours and special events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Basic knowledge of Dallas attractions and local transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license (for shuttle services)
- High school diploma or equivalent
