Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences using our property management system
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and occupancy with meticulous attention to detail
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments accurately and maintain secure cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet services
- Act as local tourism ambassador, recommending attractions and activities
- Maintain a clean, organized lobby environment at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for valet coordination)
- Basic knowledge of Colorado Springs attractions and transportation
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
