Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes with speed and accuracy
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and room assignments
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Utilize property management systems (Opera/PMS) effectively
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional service delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in reservation systems and PMS software
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail with organizational abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and cash handling experience
