Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using hotel management systems while maintaining accuracy
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, exceeding expectations
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures per company policy
- Act as local tourism ambassador, providing recommendations and assistance
- Maintain organized front desk area and ensure safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience required
- Proficiency in hotel PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure situations
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic computer literacy and cash handling experience
