Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, checking them in efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Manage check-out processes, including processing payments and issuing receipts accurately.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Address guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex matters to management when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
- Process reservations and update guest profiles in the Property Management System (PMS) with precision.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required for exceptional candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse guests.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, specifically Property Management Software (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must possess a professional appearance and a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
