Responsibilities
- Provide warm, personalized check-in/check-out experiences for resort guests
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Act as primary point of contact for guest requests and complaints
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet departments
- Utilize PMS software (Opera) to manage daily operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Execute upselling strategies for premium rooms and amenities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality/customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid Virginia driver's license (required for valet coordination)
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of Virginia Beach attractions and activities
- Professional appearance and positive demeanor
