Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently utilizing our property management system (PMS).
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, maintaining a professional and friendly tone.
- Manage the front desk area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash deposits with strict adherence to company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions about local attractions, dining, and amenities.
- Assist with concierge requests and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with a solution-oriented mindset.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
- Previous front desk or reception experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and a positive, energetic attitude.
