Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with grace and efficiency.
- Answer multi-line phone systems and take accurate reservations.
- Assist with concierge services and provide local area information.
- Maintain the lobby and reception area to ensure a pristine and welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or hospitality role preferred.
- Strong computer literacy, specifically with PMS software (e.g., Opera, Smith Travel) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
