Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with warm professionalism
- Manage room reservations and optimize occupancy through strategic upselling
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with swift, personalized solutions
- Maintain accurate billing records and process payments efficiently
- Coordinate seamlessly with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams
- Execute daily front desk operations including key coding and security protocols
- Support hotel events and special request fulfillment
Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera, PMS)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license for valet parking support
- High school diploma or equivalent required
