Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during check-in/check-out with warm, personalized interactions
- Manage room reservations, billing inquiries, and VIP guest requests
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest room readiness
- Handle payment processing and cash management with 100% accuracy
- Utilize Opera property management system for daily operations
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Maintain organized front desk documentation and guest records
Qualifications
- 1+ years of hotel front desk or high-end customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask effectively during peak check-in periods
- Valid New York State Service Worker Permit (if applicable)
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
