Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and warmth
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams to ensure operational excellence
- Utilize property management systems (PMS) to maintain accurate guest records
- Act as local Austin expert, providing recommendations for dining, entertainment, and attractions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in PMS systems (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record (for valet coordination)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and polished interpersonal demeanor
