Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with warm professionalism
- Manage room reservations and optimize occupancy using Opera property management system
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with swift, empathetic solutions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Market hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest engagement
- Maintain a pristine front desk environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid NC driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Charlotte attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
