Responsibilities

  • Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests, checking them in efficiently and ensuring a smooth check-out process.
  • Guest Inquiries: Respond to guest questions regarding hotel services, local attractions, and dining recommendations with accuracy and enthusiasm.
  • Reservation Management: Assist with managing room reservations, handling special requests, and updating guest profiles in the Property Management System (PMS).
  • Communication: Answer incoming calls promptly, manage the front desk switchboard, and relay messages accurately to staff members.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polite and professional demeanor.
  • Software: Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch) and Microsoft Office Suite.
