Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and lobby management, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Answer and redirect incoming calls, take accurate messages, and respond to inquiries promptly via email and in-person.
- Process payments and handle financial transactions with a high degree of accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain a pristine and organized lobby area, ensuring all common spaces meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, directions, and reservation requests to enhance their stay.
- Handle guest complaints or issues with empathy and professionalism, escalating complex matters to management when necessary.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining guest databases.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education in hospitality or business is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (PMS) is highly preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse personalities.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
