Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and phone inquiries with a smile.
- Process payments and handle guest requests efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby and common areas.
- Assist with mail, packages, and coordination of shuttle services.
- Respond to guest complaints or concerns and escalate to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
