Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage incoming calls and emails with a professional and welcoming tone.
- Handle guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and hotel services.
- Process payments and maintain accurate daily financial records.
- Ensure the lobby and front desk areas are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Assist with luggage handling and valet services as needed.
- Respond to guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight.
