Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and up to date.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering a high volume of phone calls and emails with a friendly, professional tone.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and faxes with discretion and speed.
- Resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Assist with concierge services, including providing local recommendations and arranging transportation.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and common areas are pristine.
- Process payments and maintain accurate daily financial reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or hotel management certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or in a customer service role.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight (up to 25 lbs).
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
