Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through check-in/check-out processes and concierge support
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly using de-escalation techniques
- Maintain accurate records in hotel management systems (Opera)
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions securely
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to detail
Qualifications
- 1+ years front desk or hospitality experience preferred
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of Atlanta attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
