Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using PMS systems
- Handle reservation inquiries and modifications with accuracy
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Provide local area recommendations and activity information
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications
- 1+ years of front desk or hospitality experience preferred
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and transportation options
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
