Responsibilities

- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Maintain accurate shift reports and financial transaction records

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, RoomKey)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record (for va duties)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
