Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests, checking them in and out efficiently while ensuring accurate data entry.
- Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with a focus on exceeding expectations and resolving issues promptly.
- Operations Management: Answer incoming calls, manage the reservation system, and assist with concierge services.
- Housekeeping Coordination: Communicate room status updates to housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for new arrivals.
- Security & Safety: Monitor the lobby area, verify identification, and adhere to all hotel security policies.
- Administrative Tasks: Process payments, manage keys, and maintain accurate records of guest activities.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, OpenTable) and general computer operations.
- Professionalism: A polished appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Flexibility: Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
