Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with personalized service
- Manage reservation systems and optimize room occupancy through strategic upselling
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments accurately and maintain secure cash handling procedures
- Utilize PMS software to manage guest data and preferences
- Uphold brand standards while maintaining a polished front desk appearance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and strong attention to detail
