Responsibilities
- Check-in/out guests efficiently using Opera property management system
- Manage room reservations, upgrades, and special requests
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Execute upselling strategies for room packages and amenities
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with PMS systems (Opera preferred)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of Houston attractions and transportation
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency a plus
