Responsibilities
- Seamlessly check in/out guests using property management systems
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and payment processing
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Maintain accurate guest records and confidential information
- Assist with luggage handling and valet services
- Execute upselling initiatives for premium services
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar PMS software
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Valid PA driver's license preferred
