Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/out experiences with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Address guest concerns promptly and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams seamlessly
- Utilize property management systems (Opera/PMS) for daily operations
- Uphold brand standards through personalized guest interactions
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or high-end customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (for valet duties)
- Fluency in English; bilingual Spanish/Mandarin preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
