Responsibilities
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately using the PMS.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries via email and chat.
- Process payments, including cash, credit cards, and gift cards.
- Update guest profiles and ensure data accuracy in the property management system.
- Maintain a pristine lobby environment and assist with front-of-house tasks.
- Provide exceptional concierge services and local recommendations.
Qualifications
- Previous front desk or hospitality experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
