Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences using our proprietary reservation system
- Manage room inventory and coordinate with housekeeping for seamless turnover
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and resolve issues proactively
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with concierge and valet teams to create memorable guest stays
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (for valet coordination)
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
