Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and warmth
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Process payments and manage reservations accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Maintain detailed guest records and loyalty program data
- Execute upselling of hotel amenities and services
- Uphold strict safety and security protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with PMS systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
