Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently with warm professionalism
- Manage reservations and room assignments via Opera PMS
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service concerns
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Upsell hotel amenities and local attractions
- Maintain security protocols and guest confidentiality
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk experience required
- Fluency in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Valid Florida driver's license (if required for duties)
