Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with precision and efficiency
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests via phone, email, and in-person
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest services
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional service and problem resolution
- Utilize property management systems (PMS) for inventory and reporting
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations
Qualifications
- 1+ years of hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with PMS systems (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy and cash handling experience
