Responsibilities
- Check guests in/out efficiently using hotel management systems
- Manage reservations and room assignments with accuracy
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Process payments and maintain financial transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Uphold brand standards for exceptional guest experiences
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling
