- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining accurate reservation records
- Manage phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and warmth
- Process payments and handle cash transactions securely
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Utilize hotel management software (training provided)
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and maintain high satisfaction
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations
- Uphold brand standards and cleanliness in lobby areas
Qualifications
