Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using hotel software systems
- Handle guest inquiries and requests with exceptional customer service
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest room needs
- Operate multi-line phone systems and manage reservation bookings
- Uphold strict brand standards for cleanliness and safety protocols
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and escalate when necessary
Qualifications
