Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in, check-out, and throughout stays
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing transactions accurately
- Address guest inquiries promptly and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet departments
- Maintain organized front desk operations and documentation
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experiences
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team atmosphere
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- No experience required – training provided!
